Species: S. procumbens

Common Names: Creeping Zinnia.

Classification: Annual. (Half Hardy).

Height: 15cm (6inches).

Flowering: Throughout summer until the first frosts.


Where to plant info

Where: This is a very versatile garden plant and is ideal for the front of borders and beds.

Excellent as a ground cover garden plant.

Used in hanging baskets, trailing over the edge, Sanvitalia will make an eye-catching display.

Grow them in patio tubs and pots, they really brighten up any area.

Site: They prefer full sun, they thrive in it! They are best grown where they will receive full sun throughout the day.

Soil: A fertile and free draining soil is recommended.
